Cool new Forum!

Okay I know, I know I said I would update the Poll every month and that I will add new tutorials as soon as possible and I know that it been about 4 months with no new news updates. ha! Anyway the real reason why I am here is to say two things.
1. I have just found a really cool forum, called The Spriter's Legacy which I strongly suggest that you all join and tell everyone about it! great people and great times on there!
2. wow how could i forget it, I'm sure there was two points thats why I wrote it. Hmm sorry if I remember I'll write it here
On other news my Invader Zim arived from Canada and USA! yay.

I have just finished my new poll system, I will have a new poll every month. This months poll is '
Do you like the new design?'. It shows the answers in percent and a small bar chart. It is writen with
PHP and
AJAX. I used the example from
w3schools as a skeleton.
New Design

Today I finaly got around to desigining a new design for this site, the last design was the longest design that this site has ever used, but I got tired of it so now we have a new design.
I have also removed the commenting system as I found that I was speind most of my time messing around with that. I have also removed the incomple login system which will one day return with out a millions of bugs.
Please use firefox as the design may not work correctly in other browsers

This is a great script, it will display a random image every time the page is loaded up. I have this script running in the lower left hand side of the web site. I take no credit for this code, I found this code randomly on the internet so I can't link back to the site [

Commenting System

I have just finished adding some brand new code to the commenting system. Which was brought to my attention buy a mysterious person, who decided to spam my site (by the way I have a nice long list of IPs to ban, even though it wont do much good as he/she was using either a P r o x y server or a dial-up connection.) this new code will block any attempt to post HTML and/or JavaScript onto my site. Before the system would let anyone post HTML or JavaScript code into the site its self. This can cause a lot of wasted time by my self deleting all the posts.
I will release the updated version of the commenting system to
SourceForge.net soon as the latest version on the Source Forge servers haven’t got hardly any of the features that this version has.
I have also fixed the margin problems with IE and small screen resolutions with the site it’s self. But I think it is time to tweak the layout so it will work better.
On a last note, none of this would have happened if it was not for this very useful

Today I found a great freeware software, if you are a web designer or just use HTML you will find this freeware application really useful! It converts normal HTML code into HTML code that can be viewd by the web browser
e.g If I want to write:
'<img src="graphics/with_cat.gif" width=75 height=75 alt="Me & my cat">'
I cant just enter that into my HTML web page it will just display the image, so i use the cool new software to change it into this:
'<img src="graphics/with_cat.gif" width=75 height=75 alt="Me & my cat"> '
